Lancaster Domes are manufactured by skilled craftsmen in our production plant located in Lancaster County, PA. They are shipped knocked down, ready to be assembled at the job site. An experienced crew of 3 men can assemble and install a 20-foot diameter dome in a matter of hours. Each dome roof is made up from pie shaped panels that are assembled using clips, bolts, nuts and a roof ring that together create the dome structure.

The 1” ribs formed into 24-gauge steel provide the strength and rigidity that allows the dome roof to be a freestanding structure with open space and architectural integrity. These features create a world of opportunity for building designers and contractors.
